Orders:

All orders for products are subject to our Terms of Trade and these Webstore Policies.

Prices:

The prices for the products are stated and are payable in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Taxes and other charges:

All prices and delivery charges within New Zealand are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 15%.

Availability:

All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on this website. We may revise the range of products or the specification of any product at any time and without notice to you.

Cancellation of orders:

Where products are listed on our website with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel your order (regardless of whether you have made payment for that order). Where you have already made payment for an order that is subsequently cancelled by us, we will refund the amount paid by you in relation to that order.

We may cancel your order any time prior to our order confirmation. Any variation, waiver or cancellation of your order shall have no effect unless accepted in writing by us. Where we accept cancellation we may levy a handling charge of up to 15% of the price.

Delivery method:

We use Post Haste Couriers for reliable delivery with full traceability of goods. Physical addresses are fine but not PO Boxes. Rural delivery (RD) addresses are subject to a one-off $3.60 surcharge per package. Delivery in the North Island is usually next weekday and delivery to the South Island is usually within 2 days from dispatch. Add an extra couple of days for rural delivery. If in doubt check with us or your local Post Haste Couriers depot for a suitable delivery address or drop-off point in your locality.

Payment Options:

Payment is either Direct Credit to our bank account by online or manual deposit, Cheque or via PayPal. Goods will be dispatched once payment is received and cleared, unless prior arrangements have been made. NB: Cheques normally take up to 5 business days to clear.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We want you to be 100% happy with everything you order from us and we stand behind our products and service. If, within 7 days of delivery, you find the product is defective or is not as it is described on the site, you can return it unused in its original packaging and we will gladly replace it or refund the purchase amount. The following terms and conditions will apply:

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • Return of non-defective products will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of cost of item.
  • Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product, without a restocking fee being payable. Upon receipt of the returned defective product we will ship the replacement product to you. There is no additional shipping charge incurred by the customer for the delivery of the replacement item.

For your convenience, we make the return and exchange process as easy as possible. Simply contact us by phone, email or post to let us know and we will advise you on how best to return the product, for replacement or refund.
